- Prague CoolPass / Prague Card are valid for consecutive days, not hours.
- Student/Child Pass is valid for children 6–16 years old and students on daily studies up to 26 years old.
- Any national or international student ID is OK. You do not need it when buying Pass, but you could be asked to show it when entering the attractions with a student CoolPass.

Purchase your mobile pass directly from the App or from online shop on our webpage, selecting the 'Prague CoolPass' option at the checkout

ENTER THE CODE
Enter your order reference code to the App - this will download the CoolPass. When buying from the App, the code will be entered automatically.

REGISTER YOUR NAME
Provide your name and register in one click. You are now ready to start a sightseeing trip with Prague CoolPass!

TIPS FOR USING COOLPASS
Your mobile pass will be stored in ‘My CoolPass’ section of the App Menu. You can access it also by pressing the QR-code icon My Pass.
There’s no need to be connected to the internet in order to use your mobile pass.
It is not possible to convert CoolPass into a physical Card and vice versa.
If you order several mobile passes, you can download them all to the same smartphone, or use them on separate devices. To download them, enter either Order Reference Number (all passes) or Inidividual Pass Code (single pass).
HOW TO GET PRAGUE CARD
If you prefer the physical Prague Card, you can also purchase it online. When booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a voucher. Please present it at one of our collection points in printed or digital form to pick up your order. Some of our partners also sell Prague Card directly on the spot. Remember to sign the Card before you start using it.
With classic physical Card, the Prague CoolPass App will still be very useful as an interactive guide around the city. You can download it for free to your iOS or Android smartphone, there will be no need to register.
