When entering an attraction, show your CoolPass QR code on your mobile device or Prague Card at the ticket office. After the Pass/Card is scanned and confirmed its validity, you will be granted free or discounted entry.

Each attraction can be visited only once during your pass validity - 1- 10 consecutive days.

The simplest way is to buy your mobile Prague CoolPass from our App or on our webpage. But you can also choose the classic physical Prague Card, purchase it online and collect upon arrival in one of our sales/collection points. Otherwise, you can buy the physical Card there directly, when in Prague.

If you buy a digital CoolPass from the App, you only need to register it with your name. If purchasing on our website, you will easily download the pass to your phone by entering the code from your confirmation e-mail. The physical Card also must be registered - signed with your name and starting date before you begin to use it.

Prague CoolPass and Card validity is activated automatically on your first visit to an attraction. If you change your travel plans, there is a full moneyback guarantee before the CoolPass is registered or Card is activated.
