Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or using your Prague CoolPass or Prague Card.
They explain how the pass works, how it can be used, and what to expect during your visit.

By purchasing, registering, or using Prague CoolPass / Prague Card, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About the Service
1.1 Prague CoolPass / Prague Card is a sightseeing pass giving access to multiple attractions in Prague. It is available either as a physical smart card or as a digital QR code stored in the Prague CoolPass mobile app.
1.2 The website praguecoolpass.com is owned and operated by CoolPass s.r.o., which provides an online service allowing you to purchase either a mobile or a physical tourist pass.
1.3 These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the website and to all purchasers and holders of Prague CoolPass / Prague Card.

2. Validity & Activation
2.1 The physical Prague Card is valid only when it is correctly completed with the card holder’s name and start date. The start date must be written on the back of the card in the required format (e.g. 04/05/26). Cards that are incomplete, altered, overwritten or illegible may not be accepted.
2.2 The Prague Card is personal and non-transferable.
2.3 Prague CoolPass (mobile version) becomes ready for use once the unique code is registered in the Prague CoolPass mobile app. After registration on a specific device, the pass cannot be transferred to another device. If multiple passes are purchased in one order, they may be registered on one device or on separate devices — this choice cannot be changed later.
2.4 The mobile pass is valid only when presented directly in the Prague CoolPass app. Screenshots, photos, or printed QR codes will not be accepted.
2.5 Both Prague CoolPass and Prague Card can be activated at any time within 1 year from purchase. Activation occurs automatically at the first attraction entry. From that moment, the pass is valid for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 10 consecutive calendar days (not 24-hour periods).

3. Conditions of Use
3.1 The pass provides access to attractions listed on the website, in the mobile app, and in the printed guide.
“Free entry” means admission without additional payment.
“Discount” means a reduced admission price.
These benefits apply upon presentation and scanning of a valid pass at the attraction.
3.2 The pass allows one entry per attraction only. Re-entry to the same attraction is not permitted.
3.3 Temporary exhibitions are not always included, unless explicitly stated.
3.4 Some attractions (such as tours or concerts) may require advance booking. In such cases, bookings must be arranged directly with the attraction using the contact details provided on the website or in the app. Discount codes may apply, or the passholder may simply need to inform the attraction about holding a valid pass.

4. Purchase & Collection
4.1 The physical Prague Card can be purchased online for later collection at designated collection points in Prague, or bought directly at sales points in the city. On-site purchases are paid in Czech koruna (CZK), while online prices are shown in euros. After online payment, you will receive an e-voucher to collect your cards.
4.2 Prague Cards must be collected in person, although one person may collect all cards included in a single order.
4.3 The Prague CoolPass (mobile version) can be purchased directly in the mobile app or via this website. A unique activation code is sent immediately by email and is automatically downloaded if the app is already installed.
4.4 A physical Prague Card cannot be converted into a mobile pass, and a mobile pass cannot be converted into a physical card.

5. Cancellation & Refund
5.1 You may cancel your purchase and receive a 100% refund until:
the physical Prague Card is collected and activated, or
the Prague CoolPass code is activated in the app.

5.2 Refunds are not available in the following situations:
lost or stolen physical cards,
temporary closures of attractions or services,
unused attractions or services during the validity period of the pass.

6. Disclaimers
6.1 All participating attractions listed on the website, in the mobile app, and in the printed guide are contractually obligated to provide free entry or discounts to valid pass holders. While we carefully select reputable partners, CoolPass s.r.o. is not responsible for the quality of individual services provided by third-party attractions. Any complaints must be addressed directly to the attraction concerned.
6.2 We strive to keep all information accurate and up to date. However, attractions may change prices or opening hours without prior notice. CoolPass s.r.o. is not responsible for temporary inaccuracies.
6.3 External links provided on the website are for information only. CoolPass s.r.o. has no control over external content and is not responsible for information published on third-party websites.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on this website is the intellectual property of CoolPass s.r.o. and is protected by copyright law. Content may not be copied or published for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
7.2 Links to this website must be fair, lawful, and must not suggest any official partnership unless such a relationship has been formally agreed.
