The Army Museum is housed in historic buildings from the early 20th century and offers an excellent exhibition of military heritage, which has undergone extensive reconstruction and is now one of the most modern and advanced of its kind in Europe. It offers visitors a comprehensive knowledge, information and emotional experience.

  • Visit Café Kupka on the top floor and enjoy panoramic views of Prague Castle and the historic city centre from its outdoor terrace.

The exhibition area covers 5,000 square metres on four floors, with over seven thousand exhibits on display in almost three hundred showcases. Many of the exhibits belong to complete historical uniqueness. An integral part of the museum's exhibitions is also a large number of audiovisual equipment.

The exposition is divided into seven main parts according to the historical periods, which map the military history of the Czech territory and Czech statehood from the beginnings to the present day.

Among other things, you can see a valuable collection of uniforms, banners, weapons such as cannons, grenades and tanks, and even several reconstructions of battle scenes.
